Hi Everyone!
I'm sure a lot of you have been wondering, where is Jackie?
The same bug has been on the site for months without being fixed!
Truth be told, we have been working on CakeCentral.com 3.0!
Tons of new features and loads of bug fixes!
I am hoping to launch the new version of CakeCentral.com sometime in the next 3 weeks. Make sure you are subscribed to the newsletter as we will be announcing this exciting upgrade very soon!

Heath and I are planning to move to the new servers and launch the new CakeCentral 3.0 in the next 2 weeks!
If everything goes according to plan, we should have a faster and better site for you soon!
Also, please note that during the move CakeCentral will be in-accessible for about a 5-6 hour window
YIKES! 
When I have a specific date and time the move will happen, I will place a really big announcement at the top of every page on Cakecentral.com letting everyone know the specifics so you can plan to get the house cleaned up during that time  |

well bust my britches! (oops -- the chocolate cake is already making that happen!)
wow -- that's some list of improvements
tho' I do see two missing --
resizing (downsizing) of waistlines due to all that cake!
the nagger -- ok time to get off CC and go get some cakes baked and house work done!

WOW!! that is quite a list. I am so excited and I SOOO appreciate EVERYTHING you and Heath do to make this site better.
I hadn't seen you guys on the boards as much and was wondering where you had dissapeared to... I thought maybe it was wedding plans (hugs)
Can I request one other thing (as if you don't already have a long enough list!). I don't know if it is already in the works but we used to be able to go into one persons photos and once we click on the thumbnail to see the larger picture with comments we could then browse through that persons album, but after the beta galleries went into effect it takes me through the folder the picture is posted in (weddings for example) This is just a feature I miss and hope to see back some day.

When it changes, will our favourites be effected ... should we print out recipes, or pictures ... will any of it be lost?? Just freaking out a bit ... I have soooo many favourites!!

Nope! Absolutely nothing will be lost!
All your saved data/posts etc will remain in-tact!
Think of it as just a face lift.
The forum layout is a bit different and will take some getting used to, but we are doing are best to make it an easy transtion for everyone |

Yes, that is a bug that is fixed in the Phase 1 of CakeCentral 3.0 |
