It's a great book...especially the white chocolate cake recipe! I also have Rose's "The Pie and Pastry Bible" and it's a winner, too. Some of the recipes are a bit fussy, but they always turn out so I guess her attention to detail does pay off! |

That is SO funny, I just did the same thing and I thought my eyes were seeing the total wrong. I am so glad I found that site. I just ordered 5 more cookbooks from them. You just can't beat their prices and shipping.
Can't wait to use all my new books.

I have it also. I got mine from ebay and paid a fraction of that cost. but i believe it's worth every penny you pay for it. i've tried the buttercream cake, the downy cake, and the white chcooclate. i also did the swan lake. they were all good. i especially love her creaming method. no more overbeaten or under beaten cakes. and it's great to read, re-read, and re-re-read for all kinds of baking info. |

I really like that site too. I just ordered a cake decorating dvd, because it's hard for me to get to Michael's for the Wilton class and I do better seeing instructions than reading them....I can't wait!!! they have already been shipped!
I also got the 4th season of "Reba" preordered for only like $21.00 and change! I need to stop looking on that site before I get in BIG trouble!
