The ladies' group at our church have asked me to make a special cake to be served at a going away reception for a hardworking family at our church. This family has decided to pick up and move clear across the country. I would just love to have some ideas - something not too hard as I'm not a professional.

Thanks so much for taking the time to read this.

How about a suitcase

You could make the tag say "Best Wishes" and a travel sticker for the state or city they are moving to.
The cake is just a sheetcake w/ some mmf accents....very simple.
