I'm starting to get inquiries for the year 2009 already. I have one bride who booked with me yesterday so she could lock in current pricing for her 2009 event. |

I wont even consider booking a wedding cake for 2008 until December......
and no way would I let someone lock in a price that far out.....................
I guess the reasoning for me is.......I never know what might happen or what might come up or what I might be doing next year.........or in the next 5 minutes |

I already have almost $20,000 booked for 2008, as far out as October '08. |

I already have 2008 bookings and I'm not even officially open in my own shop yet (currently renting). My latest one right now is August 2008. So about a year out. |
