I want it to have a lemon flavor, but I think that lemon extract sometimes makes it taste like bottled lemon juice. I have never actually made Kaye's IMBC from the Whimsical Bakehouse book, but it sounds like what I am looking for. Just want to make sure it won't "curdle" the batch or anything.
