I just found this website online and thought it was awesome. Has some great looking cakes, plus she's put how many they serve, the size of the pans, and how much she charges for it. It seems like her cakes run $3 - $5 a serving - so you might have to adjust for your area or your expertise - but hey it's a starting point!! I just thought it was awesome and helpful and wanted to share!
