Hi all!
I was going through a thread "My buttercream tip". The recipe calls for Sweetex (hi ratio shortening) I want to give it a try. Can anybody tell me where i can find it in Austin. Even Dallas should be fine. Thanks. |

I know cake carousel in Richardson has hi-ratio shortnening but I am not sure the brand. Their website is www.cakecarousel.com.
Maybe in San Antonio since its closer to you. There is Terry's cake shop.
Also here is the all in one website. I didnt see sweetex though. http://www.allinonebakeshop.com/default.asp
