I am on a Mac; I was able to download the matrix but no instructions, and I think I need them. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The only question I have is....how do you figure the Conversion factor on the recipe tabs? I don't understand that I've been trying to figure it out for a couple of days now. Can you help me??
