Yup...totally easy. I used the cereal straws to achieve the same look. Nati's cigarellos are pretty easy to make and you could color the chocolate to whatever color you want.

Ha ha...just have to comment on the colored boogers. I love the pretty colors that come out on all the holidays...you know red at Valentines and Christmas. Even with the heads up it still surprises ...
