| It won't hurt to try to luster dust them, coral is close to peach anyway. But since you painted them, I find you might just have to paint again. Some dusts are too transparent to cover a 'paint' job ... |

| Any time you need to know how much batter to put in a pan, just measure cups of water into the pan to get it 2/3 full, then dump out the water. |

| Chill the cake, that's important for me. I also use a 6" board on the small cake and a 8" board on the large cake and use that as a guide for the knife. A nice serrated bread knife works best for me ... |
