I use paper towels to wipe out my bowls and clean up the excess shortening. Tired of all my dishtowels getting grease soaked. It just doesn't come out.

| Finished one cake, got one in progress, putting together a catering job, and one birthday cake left to ice and decorate. Then lots of baking to freeze for next weekend. |

| I used chocolate frosting and colored it black. Or you can color it brown and then add black. Also give it time for the color to "mature". |

| My dad built it when I had a restaurant a few years ago. It is a whole sheet of plywood on the top 4' x 8'. it gives me room for buttercream work at one end and fondant stuff at the other end. |
