Wilton makes some and you could use alphabet cookie cutters, but they are more cartoonish.
The tappits and cutters from the links above make nice perfect numbers and letters, but watch some You tube ... |

| I have used Americolor or Spectrum electric pink and it colors well. I have not noticed a bitter taste, but I haven't eaten a lot of it. |

I did bake a 6" round with the extra batter, and figured I could cut out the fallen part and replace with the small round to plug..found out the fallen middle was fine.
So as a lesson, do not open ... |
