I'm so sorry I haven't responded. Somehow I was set not to watch the topic and then I couldn't find my post!! Thank you all for your input. You've really helped me to decide what to charge!!

I was just wondering what your fee is. Do you get an estimated time as to when they will cut the cake and start from there per hour, or do you charge a flat fee?
