Yes, there's a difference. Chocolate-covered buttercreams are candy.
I checked the CK website, and the dry fondant is, indeed, a candy filling.

It sounds like candy fondant, not rolled fondant. Make some chocolate-covered buttercreams and send them to me.

| i agree with kakeladi...I would do it her way. with WASC you don't have to freeze as it's a really moist cake because of the sour cream. just make sure to wrap well but not tightly...I would go one st ... |
