Here's a nice truffle recipe that I use:

Ingredients:
150g Dark cooking chocolate chopped
45g unsalted butter
1/4 Cup Cream
Cocoa for coating.

Flavor options:
1. 1 Tbsp of any liquor or alc ...

U can use buttercream, ganache or jam to help the fondant adhere to your cake better.

Tylose is a hardening agent which works ok when mixed with fondant...but i prefer a 50/50 mixture of fondant and gumpaste too.

Prick bubbles with a pin and use cake smoothers... cake smoothers are a real boon.

Add more gumtex than the 1/8 teaspoon that you added last time...and also, another very handy tip if you need things to dry quickly and for sure is to place them under the heat of the bulb of a table ...

i use the wilton Ivory color...for darker tones you can add brown...for girly skin tones you can add a dot of pink with the ivory.
