I did a cake once with the wiggles theme. All they wanted was a swirl like their logo. In red yellow blue etc. You could do just a simple swirl in their colors on top of each cupcake.

This is a great topic for an article!!! So much to talk about. I put condensed milk in my buttercream to thin it. It tastes really yummy! It does yellow it slightly but no one ever notices that. Very Happy
