I saw an AXIS (commercial brand) mixer used by a chef at our TN Ices Day of Sharing and that was the smoothest, quitest mixer I have ever seen.

I agree mine are 2" tall too unless they need a lot more servings then I would double it. USA

It didn't crust for me, so I ended up using it on cupcakes instead.
I do like a crusting buttercream much better
