We also only use the Rich's non dairy frosting to frost them, we never use buttercream.

We make things like this at work. You spread a thin layer of frosting on the cake board and then arrange your cupcakes. I use the icing tip to spread the frosting. so far i have never had any problems ...

Not sure if this was posted before.
How much fondant do you think it will take to cover a 10 x3, 8x3, and a 6x3 cake? I was thinking about getting 10 lbs of fondant. Is that too much?
