| I agree with whoever said, "Always set a timer." Even if the timer goes off, but the cakes needs a few more minutes, I set the timer again. I know 4 minutes isn't long, but I am SURE to be distracted ... |

I have seen these done where the top/lid is a thin piece of styrofoam, covered in fondant, and propped up with a dowel. I assume this would travel just fine, since it is lightweight.
