| If you're using a 3D cross pan, I would charge $1.50 a serving. If you cover in fondant, I'd charge $2 a serving. If you're carving this yourself with a made-from-scratch recipe, I'd charge $2.50 - $3 ... |

I'm starting to use wrapping paper. It comes in so many patterns and colors and you can always find one to go with your cake. Is it okay?

I agree. I would make that trip with my own cake if I waited to stack it and made sure to be there atleast 2 hours before the event to stack and touch-up!  |

| Make sure your cakes are cool and crumby! Spread your icing on there like normal and get it as smooth as you want....then you can take the fondant smoother tool and smooth it out after 10-15 minutes. |
