| I made MMF and added cocoa to the PS.....about 1/2 to 3/4 C. .....it depends on how chocolatey/dark you want it. It was very good. |

I'm using MMF...homemade. Even in the Wilton yearbooks, it warns of fading. I do use the wilton colors mostly, and only a few of the Americolor. I haven't tried the Americolor in pink yet. |

| Yep, pinks and purples are the worst for fading!! Any bright light is bad (not just sunlight). I always put my fondant in a dark cupboard or in your case, I guess a box over the cake might have help ... |

I've used it 3 and 4 months later! It was great as long as you wrap it well. If you have a "Foodsaver" machine, that's even better!
