Really? I use SI too, I did not know that they can be refrigerated! What about roses or decorations made with fondant?? Can they be refrigerated as well?

The molds are from Spinningleaf.com - they have some great patterns - absolutley adorable!

Great idea to use the double stuffed to use less chocolate!!!

I've never used these because I always thougth they were far too runny for the cake, I guess with a good stiff icing around it, they work fine??
