I read somewhere that purple will turn blue unless you use a bit of milk in the icing - for what it's worth.
Interesting! I use milk in my icing and my reds don't fade (i.e. purples won't turn blue ...

A very dear friend, who I refer to as "My West Point Mom" told me that Pringles cans and Oatmeal round-boxes are great for shipping cookies or anything that's kinda fragile like that.

Did you scan thru the other pages? THe ones that come up first are the $1/each ones. As you scan down thru, they get cheaper.

Also, these are the cupcakes WRAPPERS .... not cupcake papers that yo ...

Do you use a crusting icing? If so, let one of them crust before you add the 2nd color. I can't recall the last time I had any bleeding.
