The Pen is used for fabric paint but you can use it for sugarveil and royal icing also.

| Wilton makes some..so you can try Micheals, Joanne, Hobby Lobby or most cake decorating shops offer it also. |

My suggestion would be any Nicholas Lodge or Allen Dunn....
I am a big fan of Nicholas Lodge....and love his classes. Own all of Allen's books..but never had the chance to take a class.
