Yes there is a Michael coupon, in fact there are two of them. One for the 21 to the 26th and one for 27 and 28th and they're only 30% off.

Yes orange peel is the same as orange zest. Just use a grater to make the zest avoid using the white for I find that it has a bitter taste.

Sorry, I don't know because I've never used just box mixes alone. I've used the recipe here on cc called white almond sour cream cake and it perfect for the 12x18 pan.

According to Wilton you need 14 cups of batter for a 12x18 pan.
