If I have to buy a store cake it will be from SAM'S and from what I know about SAM'S they dont sell a sheet cake for less than $70.

Why does the government make this so difficult and confusing? I mean, at this point, it seems that getting a street vendor license in NYC is easier than legalizing your home kitchen for business.

Something doesnt seem right to me. A price should have neen agreed upon. The bride could come back with a counter offer of $160-$180.

If it comes out in a brownie consistency - you could serve it with ice cream and hot fudge sauce! I hope you can salvage it - It can get pretty pricey making cakes.

The store I buy from the fondant is more expensive and I dont buy it only the 2lb for $9.00. I buy that when I have small fondant wk that needs to be done and I dont feel like making MMF.
