I think the cake is adorable there's nothing wrong with it, to me it looks just like the sketch. She just wanted to see if you would give her a refund or part of the money back it seems to me.

Yes, I agree the authentic Dominican vanilla does make a difference in the flavor. I order the big bottles that last quite a while when my friend visits the Dominican Republic.

Thank you all for your advice, yes I put it in the fridge as soon as I took out of the oven thinking it would cool off quicker hee hee everyday I learn something new. Laughing

I bought it a Joanne's too but I paid 20.00 more lol. It's small but it works for small projects I had to grease the rollers though because it was sticking from time to time. It worked fine for me

Since we're off the topic of NFSC I would prefer his brother LOL. I also had the same problem the first time they failed for me too. I added a little more water to the dough & it worked fine.
