I have a hard time cutting wooden dowels, is there anything that cuts them flat??? Also what do you use to cut the plastic dowels with??? thanks.

I am making a 3 tier round wedding cake, a 16, 10, 8 for 150 people. How much fondant or how many pounds of fondant will I need?

I need a 17 or 18 inch hexagon cake pan for a wedding, but cannot locate one. Does it exist? I have a 15 inch now. Is that the biggest? Thanks.

I have some fondant accents to put on the side of the cake, the customer is requesting a whip cream frosting, can this work? Or do I have to use bc for the frosting? Help!!!
