| I can always taste meringue powder in anything I use it in so I hate the stuff. I use pasteurized egg whites in the carton for my IMBC and never have any problems, with anyone getting sick or consiste ... |

I bought a pail from ol' Walmart for 98¢ and the styrofoam ball was $2.88  Can you cut the ball in half and put something else underneath for support?
