Home Depot. They sell thin strips of aluminum. They come in various hgts. You get a strip kind of bend it in a U slide your cake in, and let the alum be your guide.

| I do custom sketches for just about every cake I do - mostly because I hate to EVER make the same cake twice. I scan them in and email to the customer - 2 or 3 choices after I get the basic direction ... |

| Looks to me for 200 people you would need 2 - 14", a 10" and 2 - 16" cakes. 202 servings times $2.50 = $505, plus extra for the topper.. VERY reasonable! Anyone else have any ideas what size cakes ... |

| Here in New England I would charge $4 a slice then additional for the topper. So if you can charge $2.50 I'd say go for it then at least another $25 for the topper, if they were buying any other kind ... |

My guess would be gumpaste with gumpaste flowers and glue the flowers on with royal icing.
I would make it well in advance so it can harden - possibly even make 2? At least have extra flowers and ... |
