I agree with the comments about the dowel and the elevator. Besides those cakes are too heavy to carry down all those stairs.
The first thing I noticed when the cake fell was there was no cente ... |

| I went to the Somerset web site, they have a video showing how the fondant sheeter works....looks like it works great! Didn't see any prices, I'm sure you have to call them for that info. |
