| We buy them pre-peeled you can find 2 bags cheeper then whole carrots. Then just run them through the food processor. |

I always had something on the top of the cake, but you could try this.
Bfore you cover the top cake run the dowel through it and the board. Pull dowel out, cover in fondant. Make the dowel about 3" ... |

| Just use a pencil sharpener just for dowels and you have great points. Hammer through board right into the cake drum. Not going anywhere. |
