BC (buttercream) sounds like a safe bet for the heat since it doesn't have to be refrigerated for a long period of time. However, keep in mind that doesn't mean melt-free!

| I agree with what everyone has said! I also wanted to bring to your attention that sometimes/usually when the fondant sits the color darkens a bit. Just an FYI! But definitely make it ahead of time! |
