| I use LoRann flavored candy oils. I dram per WASC recipe. For pineapple I also use pineapple juice instead of water. |

The only time mine fall is if I open the door to check on them too soon.
I put my cakes in cold ovens and use the bake even strips (which prevent doming in the first place). |

The main thing with it is to make sure you sift your sugar (I mixed the whole thing with a spoon and then by hand). Its a lot less expensive than buying other brands.
