Yes, you can measure it and judge that way. Another thing to consider is how big you will be cutting your pieces. Just look at it and pretend you are cutting it and see how many you come up with. HTH

Yes, you set them in the jelly roll pan and spray them good and pour your cake batter in. I worked in a bakery for 10 yrs. They are great.

I have never tried the chocolate MMF, but I did make the regular MMF and I liked it.........Hope this helps. This is the one from the CC site.

You know what I have told people.......If they want a specific stand (AND it is not too outrageous) is that I will go half and they pay half and I keep the stand. HTH

I am thinking trouble with royal icing. Did you want to make the webs stand up on the sides or on top- hanging down on sides. I think they would break. Why not just pipe them on??
