They won't spoil, and indydebi is right about the freezer - once they hit room temp. they will start to droop.

What's wrong with telling her the truth? You aren't comfortable selling your cakes yet . . . and even if she was willing to pay, she probably wouldn't want to pay for a custom cake.

| I found that mixing fondant and gum paste together works best for me. Just make sure that the brim has plenty of time to dry. |
