I sympathize with those who have had "tastings." Due to a couple of 'questionable' experiences, it's now free if you book your cake at the tasting and $25 to cover expenses if they don't.

By the way, if you refrigerate it in a cake box, and then let it warm to room temperature before removing it from the box, the consensus is that the box absorbs the condensation, not the cake.  |
