and a "L" angle bracket of sufficient size to hold the can at the top.

GEEZ! This would be my second cake this weekend w/ settling issues!! (other one was buttercream) So, from now on how long should I wait to let the cake settle???

also -- work in more shortening a little dab at a time -- easiest way -- rub on palms of hands to grease them up and then knead the mmf.

chocolate is cooling and hardening.

short (5sec or so -- do in short burst until thin enough) spin through micro to remelt
