I don't know about Austin but in California I buy it as Smart & Final. If you can't find it, how about using Heavy Whipping Cream? I like to add about a Tbsp of sugar to it while whipping.

| Do you have the chip resetter? It is my understanding you need to have the chips reset in the cartridges you refilled in order for it to work. |
