| Welcome here! Something that I have done before with my fondant that has been cracking is knead a bit of water... for me this worked great... made it mold together again... especially if you are rolli ... |

| It looks to me like they are strips of fondant. My guess would be that you would start from the bottom and then put the next strip of top of that one and so on and so forth. |

| I just wanted to add that when I am leaving a large stacked fondant cake out for a long period of time I just cover it will a large plastic bag... usually just so there is no risk of dust collecting o ... |
