I add the powered sugar by about a cup at a time once it is all mixed I add the little bit of milk and then let it sit about 4-6 minutes and it is usually perfect! Hope it helps  |

I use contact paper as well for greasy looking reasons!! LOL
I usually put it over 97 cent plastic table cloths from walmart.. one table cloth will cover a bunch of cake boards!
