Any ideas on how to fix the cracks???
I've had this happen on large sheet cakes even when using plywood cake boards (covered of course - haha) and masonite boards.  |

| I use both. The only thing I would recommend if you are starting to buy pans is that you buy 3" high pans instead of 2" - my reasoning is this - you can make a 2" high cake in a 3" pan but you can't ... |
