Learn how to create gorgeous peony flowers in buttercream. We love making pretty floral cakes, and this cake was made for my Mum's birthday.

- 2lb 2oz (1kg) Sugarflair Eucalyptus
- 10.5oz (300g) light shade buttercream (1 part Sugarflair Claret and 1 part Sugarflair Dusty Pink/Wine)
- 10.5oz (300g) darker shade buttercream (1 part Sugarflair Claret and 1 part Sugarflair Dusty Pink/Wine)
- 7oz (200g) green buttercream (Americolor Sugarflair 3 parts Spruce Green and 1 part Sugarflair Eucalyptus)
* 4 Piping bags
* 3 couplers
* Piping tips No. 104, 125
* Flower nail
* Turntable
* Cookie sheets
* Parchment paper squares

Thank you for a lovely tutorial.  I especially liked the tip about reserving some of the base buttercream to make a circle of fresh buttercream to add height and let the flowers adhere to the cake.
