Crème Brûlée

This rich custard dessert with a delicate layer of caramelized sugar is a staple on dessert menus. Try filling vanilla cake with pastry cream and melt-in-your-mouth caramel sauce, frosted with white chocolate ganache for a surprising treat. For a special touch, garnish with crushed hard-crack caramelized sugar.

S’mores

A favorite treat to enjoy around the campfire, s’mores are an ooey, gooey blend of melted goodness. Try pairing honey graham cake with heavenly marshmallow crème and indulgent chocolate ganache.

Cinnamon Roll

Sweet and sticky, cinnamon rolls allow for all kinds of variation, whether you like adding raisins, dried berries, or nuts. Try pairing cinnamon swirl butter cake with sweet cream cheese filling and top with nuts or raisins (or both!).

Key Lime

This classic American dessert is a flavorful blend of Key lime juice, egg yolks, and sweetened condensed milk. Try pairing lime cake with smooth Key lime curd and your favorite cheesecake recipe as fillings.

Chocolate Turtles

Inspired by a favorite candy, this flavor combination is just as decadent as the little chocolate treats. Try pairing dark chocolate cake with chocolate fudge filling, caramel, and toasted, chopped pecans. Dust the top of the cake with dutch process cocoa powder for that signature bitter truffle flavor.
