Cake Central Magazine announces Chef Emily Ellyn and Jay Qualls as contributors for 2016, Volume 7 issues.


Ellyn, who appeared on Food Network’s “Food Network Star,” “Cupcake Wars,” and "Cutthroat Kitchen" is the new author of Dear Cake Genius, a Dear Abby-style column featuring real readers’ letters, solving their deepest cakemaking problems. Qualls, who appeared on TLC’s “Cake Boss: Next Great Baker,” and ABC's “The Taste,” owner of The Frosted Affair and Willow Tree Consulting brings his experience to Business of Baking, a column focused on the challenges of cake shop owners and the cake industry. Readers are encouraged to ask questions and share their baking and business concerns with the new contributors for a chance to have their questions answered in an upcoming issue of Cake Central Magazine.
