Cake Central Classes Chicago was a hit! From Bronwen Weber’s sculpted cake tips and amazing buttercream piping to Lisa Berczel’s innovative wafer paper techniques, everyone came away with new techniques and skills. Jackie and Leanne enjoyed getting to know cakemakers from the Midwest and even a few familiar faces from the Northwest, like Holly and Karen.
