I absolutely adore all white wedding cakes, and this white cake by ninettaduci is no exception. The intricate hand piping and stringwork on this cake are exquisite.

Wedding cake and matching cupcakes with sugar flowers and edible lace. By shanissweetcreations
Is grey is the new white? Well if it isnât, it should be! Â I love the use of grey on ShanisSweetCreationsâs cake. The peach pops off the muted shade. Â Lovely!

Hand painted Delft blue (delftware) cake. By bellaria
Inspired by Delftware (blue and white pottery made in the Netherlands), I love how this cake contrasts a bright, clean white with vibrant shades of blue. BellaRia did a fantastic job painting each and every little fine detailâ and she mentions in the description that this was only her first time painting a cake!

This cake was an exact replica of the Admiralty Chart for this area, there were l0 navigation lights that lit in sequence with the Lighthouse, the transformer was concealed under the main cake board and wiring brought up through drinking straws to the surface. The map area was chocolate cake, underneath Lighthouse Fruit cake and Lighthouse modelled from modelling sugar with adrinking straw up through centre to house wiring. By maureentimpson
A fan of all things nautical, I love this lighthouse and navigation chart cake by maureentimpson. The detail that went into this cake to make it an exact replica of an Admiralty Chart is inspiring, and the modeled lighthouse is so exact. Inspiring work!

 âSpring Break.â By mooietaart
I must be a purist at heart, because the more I look at this simple and stunning anniversary cake by  MooieTaart, the more I want a design like this at my own wedding. The smooth tiers are classic and clean, and the stamens add just the right amount of jazz.
