Jackie’s Faves

Angry Birds as Star Wars characters? If you had asked me about that idea before making the cake, I probably would have said, “Good luck pulling that off!” It’s not often someone can succeed at combining 2 popular and very stylized themes, but LorisSweetcakes killed it! This cake is amazing. In fact, I love it so much I could not bring myself to list another Friday Fave! This one takes the cake for me this week.

Justine’s Faves

This bright, elegant cake by ModernLovers uses its size to its advantage. With a popping color palette of pink, black and gold, the decorations are perfectly placed.

Coloradocache’s dinosaur cake is so cute and fun. I can just imagine how delighted the five-year-old birthday boy was by the cake-loving dinosaur.

 

Andi’s Faves

I love the sweet hand-painted details on these cookies made by marybens. The colors and stripes make these cookies perfect for any time of the year.

This tower of drinks and desserts had me drooling at my desk today. Made by SheiCakes, this cake is a beautiful piece and shows impressive attention to details.
