As editors of Cake Central Magazine, we come across countless inspiring things every day. From cakemakers’ stories to wedding inspiration to cool new products, we want to share a few of our favorite finds with you every week. This week we were impressed by sweet ballerina teddy bears, chic floral arrangements and Sesame Street-inspired designs. Here are this week’s Friday Faves!

This woodland-inspired cake by My SweetArt has totally captured my inner child! I love all of the whimsical creatures and details— especially the big-eyed bugs and the cute chipmunk munching on acorns.

At Cake Central we love a cake for a cause, and this artfully crafted Sesame Street Cake by devolicakes quickly caught my eye. Who wouldn’t be impressed by the detailed figurines and creative design of this playful cake?

It took me about five seconds to choose my Friday Fave this week. As I’ve said before, I’m a huge fan of complementary colors, so sunnydayz’s “retro aqua and coral” cake was utterly eye-catching to me. I love the use of both square and round tiers, and the way sunnydayz mixes a geometric pattern with classic elements like pearls and flowers.
