Ingredients 8oz self raising flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 8oz butter 8oz caster sugar 3 eggs 4 tablespoons cocoa powder 200g melted chocolate Instructions Preheat oven to 190c. Put all ingredients into a mixer and blend until smooth. Pour into two 7 inch cake pans. Bake for 25-30 mins, turn out straight away and allow to cool on a wire rack.
